Google Reader and 411 Graduate From Google Labs

Two products have graduated from Google Labs, moving from the “experimental” phase to the “damn, it’s a good product” phase. Google Reader loses the beaker icon, and the Reader team has a blog post “breaking up” with Labs.

The other graduate is Google 411 (or GOOG-411), Google’s directory assistance service. Tony Ruscoe notes it’s now got its own minisite. Google’s released this video explaining the service:

I’m guessing the voice is actually the woman, and she’s really good at doing impressions.
