Google Registers Google Coupons Domains
Gary Price caught that Google has registered a number of domain names related to a possible “Google Coupons” service. These domains have been transferred to or registered by Google in just the last week:
- CouponGoogle.com
- Google-Coupons.com
- Couponsgoogle.net
- + Google-Coupons.net
- GoogleCoupon.net
- googlecoupon.org
- Coupongoogle.org
- Couponsgoogle.org
- + Google-coupons.org
What could it be? I wouldn’t be surprised to see Google launching some sort of coupon program to boost Google Checkout, just in time for the holiday shopping season.
Google also just had Googledrive.com transferred from its domain holding company to its own servers. The domain holder usually holds the domain for Google until Google is ready to start using it, so the move could mean Google is finally planning to launch GDrive.

Who knows what Google has planned? But I bet it is something big, I am interested to see what the coupons will be used for.
