Google Releases Super-Tiny Ads
Google AdSense now offers four new ad formats, all of them super-small ad links.
New! (468×15) Displays up to 5 links

Expect to see these ads at the top of pages. I just wish there was one format that contained a single actual ad, and not just a bunch of ad links. Guess it doesn’t matter much, since I don’t use AdSense anymore.

You just broke your “no wide images” rule in the very same RSS feed as you complained about it!
I share your frustration with scrolling sideways but really this is Bloglines’ problem (or which ever aggregator you use).

On second thoughts we don’t have to wait for Bloglines to fix it. Here’s a quick Greasemonkey/Trixie script I whipped up:

It makes posts independent so that one wide post doesn’t break the whole feed. You still have to scroll horizontally within a post that contains a wide image - not quite what you want for Russel’s blog but works for yours! I don’t have time right now to make it more useful but I’m sure someone will have a go at extending it.
