Page & Brin Collect Another $1.3 Billion
Elinor Mills posts from the San Francisco Chronicle that Google execs have sold $4.3 billion in stock thus far this year, the majority going to co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin, who pocketed $1.3 billion apiece. This means that, if they play their cards right, they might be able to afford something nice for the holidays.
Even after those sales, Securities and Exchange Commission records show Page and Brin still owned another 33 million Google shares — stakes currently worth more than $13 billion apiece.
