Google Power
Current Communications has its own personal page over at Google. Might this be a sign for the next big step?

So. If Google is looking for another great way to give people access to the internet, surely using the existing power network seems a very good way to do that. This has been around the block before, somewhere in July, where Google stated after its investment in Current :
“As part of our corporate mission, we are interested in promoting universal access to the internet for users. We support and partner with a variety of solutions for internet access.”

That’s interesting! Google is partnering to run the home pages of ISPs. Very portal-like, but not a bad idea.

Another Co-Branded Google Page Pops Up, as Media Sleeps
