Google Fires 60 Postini Employees
Wired’s Epicenter blog reports rumors that Google has axed sixty employees who came over when they acquired Postini in July. The unlucky employees are being let go ahead of the holidays, which always sucks, but its not like they were working there long. According to this LinkedIn profile, Postini had 400 employees when purchased by Google, so this layoff represents 18% of the company.
